I'm not on the market yet, can I still view a property even though I'm not in a position to buy?
In most cases, yes. Unless the property owner specifies ‘proceedable’ buyers only. Many people are like you, and only wish to sell if they find their dream home first. If you fall in love with one of our properties, we will work very hard to sell yours and make your dream move a reality.
Are all your properties for sale listed for sale on Rightmove or Zoopla?
Many are, but not all…Due to our large database of active buyers, around 15% of our properties are sold before marketing to the general public. Also, some sellers prefer a more discrete sale. See FAQ below about the importance of registration with us.
Do you do evening and weekend viewings?
Yes we do! Subject of course to the day and time being convenient for the property owner.
Why should I register with you rather than just keep an eye on Rightmove or Zoopla?
Three big reasons! 1) You will get notified within minutes of a new listing. With Rightmove or Zoopla, it can take up to 24 hours. Registration gives you the advantage over the general public. 2) Not all property is listed publically. For various reasons, some Sellers want a more discrete sale. Don’t risk missing out on your dream home. 3) We have a huge database of property owners thinking of selling. If you tell us your requirements, we can approach selected owners for you – giving you a potentially exclusive opportunity to buy without the property being marketed at all.
Can you advise me on the best mortgage deals?
Yes! We have an in-house mortgage advisor you can call in and see during office hours, or if preferred, we can arrange a home visit during evenings or weekends. With access to the vast majority of mortgage deals currently available, and some exclusives, our advisor will help you find the best lender for your circumstances.
