Position:
Head of Lettings (Full Time)
37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Start and finish times vary with other staff over a 5-day working week. You may be required to work up to 7pm once a week and also 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9am to 3pm (paid as overtime)

Location:
Stockton Heath Branch, Warrington. WA4 6LE.
& Chapelford Branch, Great Sankey, Warrington. WA5 3AG

Salary:
£25,000 PA basic.
Plus Monthly Bonus on turnover Plus Quarterly Profit Share.
Other commissions and incentives apply from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the lettings department.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing landlords.
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Recruiting, training, and managing lettings team members.
  • Driving the business forward to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Managing and growing the lettings portfolio.
  • Creating and implementing business development strategies to bring in new landlords and properties.
  • Handling any complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications, Experience & Attributes:
  • Proven track record in the lettings industry, preferably at a management level.
  • Strong understanding of the property market in WA4 and WA5.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Familiarity with the latest industry regulations and legislation.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to support and motivate a team.
  • Physically active, enjoy walking and meeting new people.
  • Your commitment to study and gain a Level 3 Qualification in Residential Lettings within six months (Unless you already have this qualification).
  • Full UK Driving Licence and use of own car that is kept clean and well maintained.
  • Flexibility is required to assist other business departments in covering holidays and busy periods.
