Director & Owner
Mark oversees everything from sales and lettings to marketing and finance. He was also responsible for creating the company branding which took colour inspiration from the seas surrounding Hawaii, his favourite holiday destination. The best part of Mark`s role is handing over keys to homebuyers; marking an exciting new chapter in their lives. Outside of work, he unwinds in the gym, he's a keen runner and loves to spend time with his family. Give Mark a call if you have any general queries and he will be happy to help.

Matt, born and bred in Warrington joined Mark Antony Estates following a 29-year long career in Sales and Marketing. Having lived all over the country, and moved many times, Matt understands the needs of the home mover and how to achieve the highest selling price for your home. Another pet lover in the team, you can be sure he’ll tell you all about his 7-year-old baby dog called Milly, who is his world…. Not far behind his love for walking, golf, football, and karaoke. Just don’t ask him to sing… he won’t stop!

Jenny Hartshorne BA (Hons)
Head of Lettings
As the company’s longest-serving member of staff (since 2006), Jenny’s considerable experience in the property industry means she is our in-house expert on Residential Property Letting. When Jenny is not working, you will find her looking after her children, whom she loves spending time with, in the gym or taking a scenic walk through the countryside with her dog Sidney.
Helen Holland

Helen has over 24 years of experience in all aspects of estate agency, working in both England and Spain. She has a lifelong passion for property and particularly loves meeting homeowners to discuss their plans and also handing keys to excited buyers upon completion day.
Helen was keen to join Mark Antony because of its wonderful reputation and family atmosphere. She also felt that their philosophy of providing excellent customer service matched her own.
Outside of work, Helen loves sport, especially F1 and football. She enjoys golf, yoga, spending time with her family and taking long walks with her Norfolk Terrier dog Elsie. She also enjoys travelling and reading.

Jodie is passionate about property, but for her it’s all about the people. There’s nothing better than helping clients both sell and find their dream home whilst making the journey feel as smooth (and stress-free!) as possible. Jodie is big on honest advice, clear communication, and keeping expectations real—so you always feel supported and in the know. Outside of work, Jodie is usually chasing the sunshine (Jodie and winter are not friends), spending time with her craft-obsessed daughter, or looking after their two house rabbits. And if there’s an Aperol Spritz involved… Jodie's there.
Georgia Ganly

Georgia began her property career in lettings several years ago, gaining a broad skill set while working with a wide range of clients, often helping people find their very first home. Drawn in by the many beautiful properties marketed by Mark Antony, Georgia transitioned into the sales team to further her career with a growing, family-run business. Outside of work, Georgia enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and her two young dogs, Chester and Olly. Having recently purchased her first home with her partner in 2024, she continues to make time for memorable holidays and is passionate about making the most of life. You can count on Georgia to help you find the perfect home you’ve been searching for!.
Steph Croft BA (Hons)

Steph has joined the Mark Antony Team as she believes finding the right home is one of the biggest journeys in life, something she just could not resist being a part of it! Steph has an extensive background in customer service after working in hospitality for six years and now has found her feet in the Estate Agent industry. In her spare time, Steph enjoys playing with her puppy 'Poppy' and enjoying long scenic walks. When not at home, Steph loves to socialise with her friends and go on weekends away.

Amelya joined Mark Antony with three years of experience in the property world, wanting to settle into our customer-first family business. She truly loves the process of matching people to their perfect homes. Outside work, she enjoys photography, spending time in the great outdoors with her dog Evie, and dedicating weekends to following Formula One around the local pubs.
Jess Kirk
Sales Negotiator
Jess brings years of customer-facing service experience to the Mark Antony team. Her passion lies in delivering excellent service and helping people find their dream homes. As a proud sales negotiator, Jess thrives in the family-run business environment. Beyond work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Fletcher, and her cat, Flump. Socializing and indulging in an ice cold Starbucks are also high on her list of favourite activities.
Keely Valentine
Senior Property Manager
When Keely joined the property industry, she was immediately attracted in particular to property lettings. Most exciting for her is assisting new renters looking for their first home. Equally, Keely loves the challenge of making sure any prospective Tenant is suitable for the property and meets her Landlord's needs. Keely also expresses Mark Antony Estates is exciting to work for, she and her colleagues share the same values and everyone gets on as a team should. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family and friends and going on walks with her German shepherd, Bella. If you need to know where the dog-friendly pubs are on local walks, just ask Keely!
Lauren Mcloughlin
Senior Property Manager
Lauren joins the Mark Antony lettings team with a love for helping people along with 7 years of customer service experience. She also knows the importance of finding the right house to call 'home' after jumping straight into renting aged just 18. Her knowledge and experience is especially useful to help guide first-time renters to find their feet in the world of lettings. Lauren has always wanted to join the property industry from an early age after spending a day at work with her Grandma - a real estate agent in Florida. Outside of work, Lauren loves going to the cinema (mostly for the nachos and popcorn!) but also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, including her naughty cat Inky and crazy cockapoo puppy Daisy.
Susan Hindes
Property Manager
With years of customer service experience working in the hospitality industry, Susan has found a love for chatting with new people and delivering excellent service. She also loves being part of a close knit family team and loves the social aspect of it. Susan is very proud to work for Mark Antony Estates; she always strives for excellence and loves the challenge. Susan is very much a social butterfly and loves spending time with her friends and her boyfriend. As a foody and gin connoisseur, she can often be found in a local gin bar or, one of the wonderful restaurants we have in Warrington. Another love of Susan's life is Bertie, her boyfriend's King Charles Spaniel, whom she's obsessed with. Travelling is also her passion. So far, she'd say her favourite city would be Copenhagen in Denmark.
Becky Hill BA (Hons)
Property Manager
Becky joins Mark Antony Estates with a background in the lettings industry. Her passion is providing landlords and tenants with the best service possible, ensuring the renting process is not stressful and overwhelming. Becky has always had an interest in the industry from a young age and looks to help everyone find their perfect rental home, and landlords the best tenants for them. Becky loves to spend time with her family and friends whenever she can; she enjoys exploring new destinations and new experiences. One of her most recent visits was to New York, which she hopes to revisit someday. If you ever need assistance or have any questions regarding property rentals, then give Becky a call, she loves to help.
Lucy Waters

Lucy brings to Mark Antony Estates a fountain of knowledge from her background in residential and commercial renovation and property management. Not one to shy away from a challenge, she's always ready and willing to help with all of your property needs. In her spare time, Lucy enjoys travelling and exploring new places, she's a sun lover and enjoys an evening out for a nice meal a good glass of wine (or three!!). Your property is in safe hands with Lucy.
John Hopwood
Viewing Specialist
John's role as a Viewing Specialist is to meet prospective purchasers at one of our homes for sale, guide them around and help them decide if it could be their new home. Having 44 years of experience in the property business, he is able to answer whatever questions are asked to help buyers make an informed choice. John's career has always been in property, and he was drawn to Mark Antony Estates for its personalised service, family values, reputation for putting customers first and success throughout Warrington. When he's not showing people around the beautiful homes we have for sale, John devotes his time and energy to helping others less fortunate than himself, working as a street pastor and raising funds for the RNLI. Relaxation comes from spending time with friends, listening to a wide selection of music and enjoying the great outdoors!
Vicki Ablett-Davies
Viewing Specialist
Vicki brings to Mark Antony Estates 20 years of experience in finance and customer service. Her eye for fine detail and a passion for interior décor make her ideally suited to showcase our properties. She particularly enjoys the variety of people from all walks of life and genuinely takes an interest in assisting their property search. As a keen horse rider and trail runner, Vicki is always on the move - which proves good practice for her busy viewing schedule. When she is not working, Vicki embraces being a mum and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Katie is one of our longest serving members of staff. Following many years as Estate Sales manager, she has now left her full-time role but continues heading up the accounts team from home. Outside of work, Katie loves yoga and keeping fit whilst also running after her little one! She also enjoys getting lost in a good crime novel and dining out.

Beth began working in Estate Agency back in 2015 and in this time has developed a huge passion for property. Beth's know-how and experience allow her to confidently and successfully drive our sales team to provide unrivalled service. Beth is non-stop. Either she's on the phone with a client assisting them in agreeing on a sale, or working with her team to provide a personal and tailored service. Annie Gault, MA
Marketing Coordinator
Annie’s role is to create, distribute and monitor our marketing content. She spends her days stuck into everything from our website to property adverts, social media, blog writing and leaflet designs. She consults with the whole team to ensure that we always keep our clients informed and entertained. In her spare time, Annie is a keen horse rider, enjoys photography, and eating every pasta recipe under the sun. Annie has loved writing since she was a little girl and enjoys every moment spent creating content with the Mark Antony team.
George Bolton
Admin Team
George has spent several years in customer service, and what he loves most is going the extra mile for everyone. He has always had a desire to work in property and does truly love the process of helping people discover their new home. George was eager to join Mark Antony Estates because of its lovely atmosphere and great reputation. George is Stockton Heath born and bred. If he's not at A La Turka, he's likely enjoying a 'glass' at Corks Out. He's also particular about his brew - a genuine coffee connoisseur who appreciates a proper cup. George is always delighted to lend a hand and help in any way he can.

Saturday Admin Team
Chloe completed her work experience with us and enjoyed it so much she decided to stay! Her role as an administrator is to provide top class customer service and keep the office running smoothly. Chloe currently only works on Saturdays, but she is as much a part of the team as anybody. In fact, being a part of the Mark Antony team is Chloe’s favourite part of her job! Outside of work, Chloe is part of the cadets, she enjoys running and keeping fit, and spending time with her pets. She also loves to travel with her family any chance they get, with Singapore being her favourite destination (so far!).
