The family business began in 2005 as JRT Properties (NW) Ltd. Ten years later, on May 30th 2015, JRT rebranded as 'Mark Antony Estates' with the opening of their office in Stockton Heath and later, a second office in Chapelford, Great Sankey. The business got off to an incredible start and within just 2 years became the Highest Rated Estate Agent in Warrington, a testament to its unrivalled customer service and family driven values. Mark Antony has held onto this position ever since and continues to get results for their clients, whilst providing the best possible service.
After opening the Stockton Heath office with just 5 employees, the Mark Antony team now comprises over 25 loyal and hardworking team members, and the business has increased its local market share to become one of the leading Estate Agents in the whole of Cheshire! To mark the occasion, the business owners treated their entire team to a Celebratory Day at Chester Races, and no expense was spared! This reflects not only the company's commitment to the highest standards of client satisfaction, but also a heart-felt appreciation of their staff.

Lynda, his wife and business partner, said, “Together with Beth - our team's party planner, we had such fun organising the event. But we didn't stop there... We also wanted to recognise our staff's partners; it isn't easy what our staff do, estate agency is stressful and our staff's partners are all wonderful people supporting us and even sometimes helping us out."
