Office Admin Apprentice (Full Time)
37.5 hours per week. Start and finish times vary under rota with other staff over a 5-day working week.
You may be required to work up to 7pm once per week and also 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9am to 3pm

Expected salary range £13,800 to £14,500 per year
£6.50 per hour basic + bonuses and incentives. 


Stockton Heath Village, Warrington, WA4 6LE.
You will also be required to work at our Chapelford Branch, WA5 3AG, up to 2 days per week.


Primary Roles:
As Office Admin Apprentice, you will find the work extremely varied with no day ever being the same.
Your role will include providing administrative support to our Sales & Letting Teams.  

This will involve: 
  • Booking property viewings, and chasing feedback
  • Key management
  • Data cleaning
  • File auditing
  • Local leaflet distribution
  • General office duties

Additional Roles:
At Mark Antony Estates, we work as a team and you will be expected to assist other people with their duties in Sales and Lettings from time to time. This will include attending property viewings and some leaflet distribution. The role will develop over time depending on your skills and initiative shown.

The successful candidate is likely to be an individual who has prior experience in an administration and support role, who would relish the opportunity to express their creative skills. Specifically:
  • A genuine passion and interest in pursuing a career in the Property Industry
  • Aged between 16 and 19 (to qualify for this government-supported apprenticeship scheme)
  • Excellent time management skills and an eye for detail
  • Professional attitude, positive outlook and hardworking
  • Smart appearance, outgoing and friendly
  • Physically active, enjoy meeting new people
  • Good local knowledge of the Warrington area, in particular, WA4 and WA5
  • Flexibility is required to cover holidays and busy periods.
  • Good IT Skills, especially use of Microsoft Word and working with a digital camera
  • Excellent writing and creativity skills
  • No prior experience in Estate Agency is needed 
  • English Language GCSE minimum grade 5
